Centre 404 provides support in 3 houses and 3 flats in Islington.

The support in each of the services is delivered in a person centred way with the tenants being involved as much as possible in thier lives and the running of the service.

The following is a brief description of each of the services:

Service 1:

This is a double sized ground floor flat situated in Upper Holloway. The flat itself comprises of 4 bedrooms, a study, a living room, a large kitchen, a laundry room, bathroom, toilet and shower room. There is also a large garden and patio area and the flat is wheelchair accessible. Three of the bedrooms are for single adult people with learning disabilities. The fourth is for a Live in Support Worker, who both lives and works in the flat. This service is also registered as a care home and registered under CSCI (commission for Social Care Inspection).

 

Service 2:

This is a bungalow situated near Kings Cross. The bungalow comprises of 2 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, a large living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom and a sensory room. There is a front garden and the bungalow is wheelchair accessible. This service is set up as a Supported living scheme and is also registered with CSCI as a Domiciliary care service.

 

Service 3:

This is a flat situated near Kings Cross. The flat comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and a living room. There is a back garden and the flat is wheelchair accessible. This servie is set up as a Supported Living Scheme and is also registered with CSCI as a Domiciliary care service.

 

Service 4:

This service is 2 houses which have been made into a 9 bedroom house. 6 of the bedrroms are for single people with learning disabilities. 2 bedrooms are for Live in Support Workers and one bedroom is for a Support Tenant. The house also comprises of a large lounge, 2 kitchens, a laundry room, a shower room, 2 bathrooms and a toilet.

 

Service 5:

This service is a 4 storey house situated just off Holloway Road, North London, comprising of 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a living room, bathroom, toilet, laundry room and a large garden. 4 of the bedrooms are for single adults with learning disabilities, the remaining 2 are for a live in support worker and a support tenant.

 

Service 6:

This service is a terraced house situated between Highbury and Islington and Holloway Road. There are 4 bedrooms, a study, living room/kitchen, 2 bathrooms, shower, toilet and a small garden and patio area. 3 of the bedrooms are for adults with learning disabilities and the other room is for a live in support worker.
