Adult Services
Our groups designed for adults provide an opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities both within the centre and out and about in the local community.
The groups enjoy trips to many exiting and interesting venues like art galleries, theatres, museums and pubs and restaurants.
We also arrange trips further afield, travelling to the sea-side and country-side locations.
We have a flexible and experienced team who help people of all abilities take full advantage of what is on offer and support them to participate and develop their skills and knowledge.

Young Adults Group

Our Sports Club is fully accessible for people with mobility difficulties, including people who use a wheelchair.
