Female Personal Assistant/Key Worker

Salary: £18,240.29 - £19,990.03
Hours: 37 hours per week (days, evenings and weekends)
We are looking for a Female Personal Assistant/Key Worker to work with a 25 year old woman who lives in supported housing in Islington with three flatmates. Her learning disability requires a high level of support, often 1:1. We are looking for a pro-active, committed key worker who will enable her to continue and further develop her activities, interests and her relationships with family and friends. She loves a range of music, listening to it and making it. She is a keen swimmer, and a fan of good food. She enjoys socializing and outings, such as the cinema, art galleries and music gigs.
The PA will also form part of a support team for other service users and play a part in enabling them to become valued and participating members of the community in which they live, by achieving maximum independence and integration.
Centre 404 is committed to staff development and supervision and will provide relevant training and support where required.

Personal Support/Bank Workers

We are always looking for personal support/bank workers for our Personal Support Worker Finding and Matching Service, our Supported Housing Service and our Learning and Leisure Service.
Hourly rates for these positions range from £9.11 per hour to £10.50 per hour depending on the type of support and the hours worked.
These roles are ideally suited to people who are looking for flexibility and variety in their work.
