Providing Quality Care and Support
Centre 404’s Housing Service continues to be an accredited Supporting People provider and a local authority approved spot purchase domiciliary care provider. This year the housing service retained its excellent rating with Care Quality Commission as a domiciliary care provider.
The supported living projects aim to teach people the skills necessary to live an increasingly independent life so they are able to move on to accommodation with less support and be in control of their lives. We focus on housing related support and supporting people to find meaningful daytime activities.
Being able to provide this quality care and support enables the tenants to lead fuller and more active lives with positive outcomes. We support tenants to access a wider range of activities including employment, work placements, volunteering opportunities and are more in control of the support they receive.
“I enjoy Centre 404 housing scheme as I am supported to live an independent life”

“I like living here because I have more freedom here and I can come and go as I please. The staff here are very friendly and I enjoy their support to cook casserole and make smoothies”
