Centre 404 wants to make the process of employing a Personal Support Worker as easy for you as possible. That is why we have developed a service where we employ and manage staff on your behalf. This means that we look after all the recruitment, training, supervision, payroll, team management and HR for you. We ensure that all the Personal Support Workers have CRB clearance and at least two references before they start working with you.
We can also manage your personal budget for you as an Individual Service Fund (ISF).
