Centre 404 has a variety meeting rooms, facilities and hall space available to hire for outside organisations.
Rates per hour:

Cleaning Charge: This would apply at the weekends only. A flat rate for Voluntary and Non-Voluntary organisations apply.
Call Out Charge: This would apply if a member of staff had to come in to open and then secure the building either out of hours Monday to Friday or at weekends. For rates regarding a call out and to make the necessary arrangements please discuss with the Central Team before making any bookings.
Weekend Bookings: Weekend bookings are by special arrangement only and would need to be discussed with the Central Team. All weekend bookings would be subject to call out and cleaning charges.
