For over 50 years, Centre 404 has been a highly successful, parent-led organisation, providing support, information and advocacy to parents and carers. Centre 404 Family Support offers lifelong support to parents and family carers. Breakfast Club Do you fancy having breakfast cooked for you for once while you chat and relax? Every Friday 10.00-12.30 at Centre 404.
Coffee Morning A great way to meet other parents
and find out what services Centre 404 offers. Tuesdays 10.30-12.30 at Centre 404. Family Carers of Children - 1st Tuesday of the month, Turkish Carers - 2nd Tuesday of the month, Family Carers of Adults - 3rd Tuesday of the month.
£ Form Filling Drop In
every Monday 9.30-12.00 at Outreach Office, Northern Health Centre, Holloway Road, N7. Forms such as Family Fund, Carers Breaks, Community Care Grant, Blue Badge, Taxi Card etc. But NOT Disability Living Allowance or parental advice for a Statutory Assessment - for these ring Centre 404 for an appointment.
ID Card Drop In every Friday 9.30-12.00 at Outreach Office, Northern Health Centre, Holloway Road, N7. Get the Islington ID card for your child - bring along a passport size photo and proof either that they receive DLA or have a Statement.

people aged 14-25 years who are leaving children's services for adult services. Every 3rd Thursday of the month, 10.30-12.30 at Centre 404.
Councillors Surgery 10.30-12.30 and 7.00-8.30 Wednesdays at Centre 404. Your opportunity to raise issues with an Islington Borough Councillor.
